View this post on Instagram DAY 8 • So after playing Tzigane for @nickmckee_viola last night, for the first time in at least a year, I can’t help but go back to it and play around (please excuse bad double stops). My inner gypsy is laughing with delight. Something I noticed is that I am SO tense in this quasi-cadenza...it’s actually insane. So guess what? Time to actually relearn it, with relaxed, proper technique. And now I really, really want to perform this somewhere.
